文财神（财帛星君）

God of Wealth Wallpaper

This wallpaper depicts God of Wealth (文财神（财帛星君）), one of the most beloved figures in Chinese mythology. The composition follows the traditional iconography recorded in classical texts and centuries of temple murals, water-land ritual paintings and New-Year prints — not an invented modern design.

The civil God of Wealth blends several figures: Bi Gan of 《封神演义》 (whose heart was cut out, leaving him perfectly impartial), Fan Li the Tao Zhu Lord of 《史记·货殖列传》 (who thrice made fortunes and gave them away), and the Star Lord of Wealth and Silks of folk liturgy. All converge on the same icon: red-and-gold official robes, gold ingots, and the ruyi scepter, with coins raining around him.
